Honeycomb is a mass of hexagonal prismatic wax cells built by honey bees in their nests to contain their larvae and stores of honey and pollen. It is kept dark for six months with no intervention with the bees and this hive is called Wild Honeycomb. Wild Honeycomb honey is collected by the Caucasian Bees which are living at the Easter Anatolia highlands. Collected from more than 1200 species of flowers with rich nectar.
Manuka Blend is herbaceous and woody, but not as strong in flavour as its monofloral counterpart, so it's a great option for those who prefer a milder honey taste. An excellent everyday honey, easy to drink when combined with warm water or milk, and perfect for adding an extra dimension to fruits and cereals.
