It contains Omega6 - Omega9 unsaturated fatty acids, which have been used for 4000 years. It also contains E, A and B complex vitamins, copper, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc. It is a fixed oil obtained from ripe seeds by cold pressing. It is pale yellow in color and almost odorless.
