Ezogelin soup or Ezo gelin soup is a common soup in Turkish cuisine. The main ingredients are bulgur and red lentils. The origin of the soup is attributed to Ezo the bride from Gaziantep.

A pureed spread made from black olives, anchovies, capers, olive oil, and at times is seasoned with garlic and herbs. It is used as a basting paste or condiment for meat, fish and vegetables, but can also be served as an appetizer spread for small toast or crackers.

Ajika or adjika is a Georgian-Abkhazian hot, spicy, but subtly flavored dip, often used to flavor food. In 2018, the technology of ajika was inscribed on the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Georgia list. The name derives from the Abkhaz word аџьыка "salt".
