Long-life UHT cooking cream
Cooking cream treated with the UHT system which consists of bringing the cream to a high temperature for a few seconds. The UHT heat treatment inactivates the bacterial load present in the cream, making it hygienically safe.
The subsequent packaging in aseptic conditions and the use of sterilized and air- and light-protecting packaging allow the product a prolonged shelf life.
