Bakkalinternational.com ships with UPS to 48 continental states. We package and process your online orders same day, excluding weekends and holidays. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we process the order the next available business day.
Perishable Items: All perishable items will be shipped using an RB15 commercial ice brick and packed in a 1.5-inch thick foam insulated box to ensure freshness and temperature control during transit.
A one-time fee of $9.99 applies to every order containing one or more perishable items.
Perishables must be shipped using UPS express shipping methods. We recommend all perishable items ship overnight or 2nd shipping at the latest. All frozen items will be shipped with ice packs, in an insulated box liner. We recommend choosing overnight delivery for any frozen items to prevent them from perishing; otherwise, Bakkal International Foods will not be responsible for any damages that may occur. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes and if you need your order arrived in a certain day, we strongly recommend choosing UPS Air services.

Free Ground Shipping - Zone 1 Free Shipping for the orders $125 or more with the maximum shipping weight limit of 50 lb. $1 per lb. will be charged after the weight limit is exceeded. Returns:
Safety and quality customer service is our focus at Bakkalinternational.com. Items are shrink wrapped and shipped out in secured packaging. Returns are not allowed on grocery products. If a product you received is defective, or damaged during shipping, the customer must contact the store within 24 hours of delivery to process a return.
